Fort Morgan Oyster Fest Oyster Shuckin’ Competition
If you think you’re a pretty sweet shucker, enter the first-ever 2023 Fort Morgan Oyster Fest Oyster Shucking Competition. We’ll be handing out more than $1,000 in prizes to the best shuckers on the beach!
Anyone with shucking experience is invited to join in the competition! There will be two preliminary heats prior to the festival with a final runoff on February 25 at the Fort Morgan Oyster Fest. The winner of the contest will be named the Alabama Oyster Shucking Champion!
Pre-Festival Qualifiers
First-, second-, and third-place winners in these two heats will receive invitations to compete in the main contest on February 25.
